Payroll and human resources software is to manage employee information in the organization. Employee record is created based on the occupation, grade kevel, department, branch, and date entered/left. The system include human resource information from the education level, blood group, dependence, and other administrative information. 

The system could be hooked into time attendance machine to control the in out time for each employee. Annual leave, sick information, recuperation And absence to produce monthly sheet for each employee.

Incremental increase are stored for historical movement for each employee. Loans are defined in the system. Insurance medical record and claims are recorded.

Monthly add information are transferred from the time attendance sheet into the employee record. Calculation of monthly wages, taxes and social security information. All data kept in the historical file as the employee in the organization. Produce pay slip for each employee. Employee yearly card.

End year tax  and social security funds reports and sent to the government as required.

It includes a multi language, users can define and create/translate his own native language. The default language is English, French and German. We have the option of Arabic Language also.
