Hospital Management System 

Health care system provides medical recording for in-patient and out-patient from admission to discharge. The data is captured through terminals connected to the host system located in operating room, admission office, medical record; with a specified number of printers to maintain on-line system. The work cycle and stages of inpatient and outpatient does not allow duplication of the Patient data captured. 

Patient who have had a previous contact with the hospital, will have a record on the system with the same case number and additional visit number. The admission form allows three different guarantors at the same time with different classes in multiple currency. 

The clinical application system provided diagnosis information and online patient results. The system provide patient medical record tracking from admission to discharge summary with all medical information are entered into the system thru terminal on each floor. Cost available for each service with different sale price level related to the guarantor and class. 

Upon discharge a patient bill is produced automatically from the data captured from different departments and services. Discharge summary are transferred  into the general accounting module to produce an automatic voucher. 

Stock inventory are controlled by the purchasing, store requisition,  item use, and patient consumption from the medical supplies. Automatic vouchers are produced upon request. Stock card information shows all the movement of items among the hospital. 

The maintenance/biomedical department control the cost of item and services provided among the hospital to produce monthly cost and statistical reports. 

The Financial department control the flow of information from the receivable guarantor account, payable supplier account, and doctors account. Payment and receipt voucher are entered online. Control patient case number.
