Insurance Brokerage System is a software that help organization manage there Policies, Claims, Medical Cad, General Ledger, Account Receivable, Account Payable, Control Of cheques, Print Bills, and Fixed Assets. It includes policy information {branch, broker, company, commission, tax information, net premium and total premium }. Technical information are entered for each branch { fire, theft, medical, personal compensation, work group, marine, auto…}. Claims are entered and alert the user for over due in the policy information. Medical policy information are entered fro each individual and highlight for other social security medical care. 

Automatic Accounting voucher for each policy, claims. 

Data entered in a multi currency up to nine currency, the system  convert into US amount, and the base currency as defined by user. You can Create as ninety nine financial period, each period has its own data file. User can Select any financial period within the system.

It includes a multi language, users can define and create/translate his own native language. The default language is English, French and German. We have the option of Arabic Language also.

Automatic Fix any corrupted tables. Transfer parameters from one financial period into another.

All types of reports are available, Official Journal, Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Supplier/Customer Ageing reports, Bank reconciliation, Bills To be collected, and end year depreciation. Create automatic vouchers Closing for difference of exchange and income statement.

Statistical reports are produced fro each branch, broker, company, type of policy.
